In a recent Technican Advisory Meeting, the topic of increasing Forum membership and participation was brought up. Idea’s were solicited for this.

My idea is to put a tab labeled “Forum” down right next to the “Work Orders” tab. This would increase visibility that there is in fact a Forum and the visual que would increase membership and participation in the Forum. Clicking on this tab would take the person directly to the Forum board web page instead of the “My Technician Space” web page.

I say we have a newsletter we send out that says whats going on in the forum, but we need serious topics to discuss.


As of now; like 80% of these discussions seem to be people complaining about one thing or another.
