Well I wanted to 1st say thank you to Neil for throwing such a fit in the Google Groups that he went crying most likely to Everybody else because he is affraid to hear the truth and has me Muted on the google groups forums now. So i cannot Create a Topic nor Reply to one. This is the Main Reason FS went to Google Groups so that the Buyers could not see what the Techs were posting, FS must have gotten affraid of all the stuff being said about the buyers and FS. Another reason FS went to google groups is because if you have seen before your able to even see the forums you must give a reason and your tech id number to join, thus telling me i was correct when i stated they DID NOT WANT THE BUYERS to see the Tech chatter. FS Moderators now have the ability to Not allow you or anybody else to post in the forums or create Topics. This has happened to myself and a David Kausch Because 1nce again FS is affraid of the Truch and does not like when people state it.

On a brite note a Moderator ( most likely Neil) that didnt know what he was doing decided to make me a manager of the forums instead of making my post moderated LOL. So for 2 days i had Managers Access to the forums. I found out David Kausch had been silenced because i was getting emails to review his post and allow or deny it to be shown on Google Groups. Well I allowed it and all his posts, I seen there were 2 Technicians trying to get in which i didnt mess with lol. The next day i was not a Manager of the Forums anymore and i was also put into the Moderated post category aswell LOL.. So I cannot create topics or Post on the google groups forums anymore. I have been Stonewalled from getting any jobs anymore and i have been silenced by a few crybabys.

All in all all i had to do was either delete all the FS mods in google groups or revoke there manager position, then silence them from posting without moderator permission, But i did not do that. Which now i think i should have and taken over there forums..

So Yes FS went to google groups to hide the tech chatter from the outside world, and to give them extra moderating options to moderate what people say and to shut people up so they dont blurt out the truth..

Funny Stuff

Everyone has a problem now and then with anyone they work with or for. To deny it, a person must be either blind to the world around them, or have so much spiritual growth that they really are only on this earthly plane to assist those of us less well versed.

It is my opinion that, when you have a problem with someone, even Field Solutions, that you should find the cause, and speak with that person directly about a viable fix. This applies in life as well as in business. The only times it will not work is when you do not give it a chance, or someone has declared physical violence or similar against you or your kin.

That said, if anyone does not like their employment, then they can still leave. This is, with all of its problems, still AMERICA. I am not happy all of the time with some of the things I have encountered at FS, but I am willing to work with them, and they return the favor by being patient when I goof. 8)

I for one am glad to see this post is still up. I initially went away from here when FS announced it was "shutting down" this site. Well apparently they don't own it. I for one had not had a job from them for seven months despite bidding on everything reasonable that pops up.

currently here in phoenix there are three projects they can't seem able to staff for 4-6 months now. One is for a wifi survey in a 10 building complex. I had a phone call from the buyer on this and they were willing to pay $12.00 per hour (i'm still laughing). There are 5 spots for "on call" service techs (24/7) with a government secret clearance that pays a whole $40 per site (woohoo) and 5 tickets for installing the "help, i've fallen and can't get up" devices in old peoples homes that pay a whole $22 per site.

I have unsubscribed from the "new" fs forum mostly because it was all either lame complaints or the FS fan club. btw nothing i would post would ever show up and now i guess i know why.
now that i see this site is still running i'll be back often.
